最好换一个窗体名称（NAME），因为这可能是由于FRMEDITOR已经是VB。NET的一个已定义的类型，可能是自己不小心新建了一个窗体，也有可能是因为系统定义了一个FRMEDITOR类型。
好像换了窗体名称不会有什么大问题的。
一般来讲asp.net的服务器运行应用所用的账号只有对应用所在目录(放网页的目录)的访问权限，你可以把文件存储在应用所在目录或者子目录试试。
